IN THE PAST, ILLUSTRATIONS OF PLANT LIFE WERE USED BY PHYSICIANS, PHARMACISTS, BOTANICAL SCIENTISTS, AND GARDENERS FOR IDENTIFICATION, ANALYSIS, AND CLASSIFICATION.
